Where most Cabo del Sol buyers should start
Las Brisas is the widest-spread neighborhood in the community, and that is its advantage. A four-bedroom, 3,945 square-foot home closed here at $2 million. A six-bedroom custom build of 13,650 square feet is currently asking $5.85 million. Same gate, same beach, same golf.
If you are deciding whether Cabo del Sol is affordable for you, this is the answer to that question. It is also the enclave where I most often steer first-time Los Cabos buyers, because the resale market is real — you are not buying into something you would struggle to exit.

What to watch in Las Brisas
Build quality varies more than price does. Because Las Brisas spans two decades of construction, two homes at similar asking prices can be very different underneath. Get a proper inspection — not standard practice in Mexico, but I always arrange one.
Check the golf membership position. Membership is not automatic with a Las Brisas purchase and terms differ from the Cove Club enclaves. Worth confirming early if golf is part of why you are buying.
Ask about short-term rental rules. If you plan to rent when you are away, confirm the HOA's minimum-stay policy before you go firm.
